Cloud Services

The future of web technology is in Cloud services. The rewards are great for those who can provide and deliver reliable and secure Cloud services. Cloud technology is still new and there are many proposed solutions. From early 2010 we have been testing out various Cloud services and we find that not all Clouds are created equal.  Virtualization and Clouds are almost synonymous but a virtualization setup by itself is not a true cloud.  A dozen VPS contained in one server is not a Cloud.

A true Cloud system must be fully redundant in all service aspects. All failures must be tolerated and repaired by the system without any downtime. A true Cloud system must also be elastic and scalable to handle sudden increases in web traffic.

Like other aspects of our web development, we follow trends and we are currently working on a Cloud based project.
